[TYPO3-dam] Video Preview

Hi,

A feature request for version 1.2 [1] is a preview of video files. There 
is already a preview for audio files and of course images.

I did it as an extension cause it is easier to test but of course it 
should go into dam itself when it is finished.

The video preview uses the flash player Steffen used for his new Content 
Element "Multimedia" [2] but because the RFC is not through, the files 
are inside the extension.

I hope someone got time to test it (meaning install & look at it, code 
review is nice but not necessary right now)
