[TYPO3-dam] Indexing not working with Typo3 4.2

I think this might be related to the fact that the media folder WAS a 
page of type advanced-page; in 4.2.1 page-type advanced-page is 
converted to "normal" page, thus the err. I believe to recall the 
solution was to change the Media-Folder to be of type "sysfolder" then.
