[TYPO3-dam] Error 404 browsing folders in file module

Hi all,

I found this problem only on one website: when I browse the folders with 
the file module I sometimes receive a 404 error, this happens when I 
choose a folder from the folders tree and then I try to browse on the 
right panel; if I enter on the file module and directly browse with the 
right panel it works correctly.

The difference is on the url used to call the page, the url that creates 
the error is:
cut.../typo3conf/ext/dam/mod_file/index.php?SLCMD[SELECT][txdamFolder][...cut...]=1&SET[tx_dam_folder]=...cut

And this is the working url
cut.../typo3conf/ext/dam/mod_file/index.php?SET[tx_dam_folder]=...cut
