[TYPO3-dam] t3 4.3 svn trunk and dam svn trunk

Sorry,

this was a mistake from me. The email was not for the list. But i use
now for 2 month the Dam Version 1.0.1. The only problem that i have is
that the htmlarea mediabrowser include not work with the Typo3 4.1.3.
But you can work with a disabled include from the dam mediabrowser.
