When i wrote the dam_tv_c ext i also tried to solve this issue
by hacking around the xml<->db problem. I tried to create "fake" column
names for the mm-table. This would work, because dam does not rely on the
fact, that these columns exist. The problem is, that i had to find a way to
distinguish the (dam)fields in the xml but tv does not numerate the fields
it creates (or gives any identifiers at all). so i had no sure way to
identify a dam column in the tv xml.
i ask on the tv-list at this time about adding such an identifier into
tv, but the request was denied.
This is, why dam_tv_connector cannot handle multiple dam-fields in a single
FCE.
