No, there are different cases of extensions I have published.
a) Extensions where I am an author. They contain the next bug fixes and
features. They are published here to give persons a chance to test them
already now before I will upload them into TER.
b) Extensions where the authors did not react and I have made
improvements. I have published them here because others might consider
this useful and it can be found at least here. I do not plan to make
future improvements to them or pay money for developing them better.
c) Extensions where I am not the author and where I have made
improvements and already uploaded a fork of it into TER: taxajax. The
ECT has wanted this.
