[TYPO3-dam] metaExtract: EXIF & ITPC (cc_metaexif)

AFAIK none of the cc_* extensions were taken over by the DAM team (at 
least those that were DAM-related). It seems that there are some who are 
unsure about doing that because the "cc" stands for ColorCube who was 
(is?) Rene Fritz's company.

I had the problem with cc_devlog and finally decided to fork it. This 
may be the way you will have to go too.
