[TYPO3-dam] Still problems after upgrading - can't add/change/remove pictures

Hi,

I still have the problem, tha I can't use DAM anylonger. I can't add 
pictures from dam to site elements and sorting tham in the BE. (I can 
select tham, but after saving the site element, the list is empty again)

I've read the "Upgrade to TYPO3 4.1" here
http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/extension-manuals/dam/1.0.11/view/1/5/#id3502446

but can't find the relevant configuration options. I find:

Enable Web>File
Hide Media sysfolder
Developer Functions
Debug Functions

Deleting the mmforeign ext. didn't helped in any way.

What can be the problem? What could be a solution?
