[TYPO3-dam] RFC #8287: Extension cc_metaexec does not extract well all meta-data

This is an SVN patch request.

Description:
- Page size is not extracted with current version of pdfinfo (perhaps it
worked once, perhaps not, currently it does not work for a minor typo)
- Some dates are not converted correctly
- Title is not extracted
- Page size, once extracted, is given in points and this unit is not
handled natively as such. I suggest implementing the TODO I find in source
code to convert it to mm or cm (or inch if I may find out current locales)

Fix:
The patch fixes these issues and enhance this extension.
