[TYPO3-dam] Installation Problems

Dear List,

I am using TYPO3 4.1.5 and DAM 1.0.11 freshly installed. Unfortunately 
the table tx_dam is not created and this debug message pops up:

Is this a TYPO TCA Bug or a bug a problem of DAM?
