[TYPO3-dam] Creating folder from within ElementBrowser for Non-Admins

ok, I found it after digging the source of dam. I had to set 
'options.createFoldersInEB = 1' in UserTS.

I know that dam is in development again, and that more needed features 
get added, and I know that's a lot of work to keep the manual up2date 
and that this has probably the least priority - but it'll be nice if you 
could describe the possible configuration options for PageTS and UserTS 
somewhere.
