[TYPO3-dam] dam_frontend and FE Users

dam_frontend -- Files show when not logged in

We want files to only be available to logged in front end users who have 
access permissions. 

dam_frontend 0.1.0 is installed with dam 1.0.100

DAM categories are set with fe-user access groups.

On one page dam_frontend is installed three times

The first displays the Category Tree. Three parent categories are selected, 
and the Tree Name = the folder name which is the top of the file storage area
within /fileadmin

The second instance displays the Filelist. No categories are selected in the
Select Categories items list, but Tree Name is defined the same as in the 
Category Tree.

Note: this view shows files even when the user is not logged in, even though
the categories are set up with fe-user access groups.

The third displays Single View, No categories selected. This works when 
details are requested from the filelist instance of the plugin.

I had thought that that this extension could handle the front-end groups at 
least by category. Am I incorrect?

If so, is there a more appropriate extension to make files available in the 
Front End from DAM based on either category or file access permissions?
