[TYPO3-dam] DAM and workspaces problems solved

Hi DAM team,

There were a few issues when using both DAM and workspaces and at least 
some of the have been solved by Kasper this week. You may be interested 
in refering to the following bugs:

Although they are related to core, their solving has an impact on the 
DAM (i.e. it will work better inside workspaces :-)

Furthermore Kasper found that the preview from the DAM was erroneous in 
workspaces and produced a patch to fix this. I have opened a bug report 
for that:

Developers of extensions using the DAM may be affected by this bug too 
and should refer to bug 3531 because it contains explanations from 
Kasper as to the solution.
