[TYPO3-dam] Mass Indexing not possible

Hi Steffen!

Sorry for not being very exact about this.

I have installed dam_index (also in the 1.1.0-dev version from svn), 
but as said before, this problm also occured on an earlier version (the 
one you get via TER Update).

The way I do it:

- Click Indexing & Choose Folder
- Click NExt
- Step 2: Check Reindexing, overwrite All, Next
- Step 3: Enter some stuff, e.g. description, creator, publisher, 
source, CLick Next
- Step 4: Most of my entered info is gone (description is staying) and 
not inside any hidden fields or shown on the page

The input fields in step 3 look like this:

In addition, I have installed dam_catedit and dam_info, and am working 
on 4.2.2 as stated before.
