[TYPO3-dam] X-mass goodies . . . almost . . .

Hi People,

We all agreed that it would be nice to have DAM for X-mass.

So here is a first try:

This incarnation has the following known bugs which we hope to iron out
over the next coulpe of days:

Bug #9750 can be fixed by adding this to your TS template setup:

We hope to get version 1.1 out on 23 December.
