[TYPO3-dam] DAM 1.1something download

i use latest trunk dam/catedit etc on 4.2.4dev, and catedit works!
it has the only "bug" then when a new category is created and saved, the window closes on a blank frame..
you have to reload the cat tree...

anyway it's working!
