[TYPO3-dam] RFC# 9177: Indexing is not working with NFS Fielsystems

Hello,

This is an SVN patch request.

Description:
DAM is using flock to lock files for indexing. Since flock is not 
working on some filesystems we have added an extension option, to 
deactivate flock, if you are using filesystems without locking.
