[TYPO3-dam] Starting a templavoila page

Hey guys,

yes. This is really an annoying problem, but also a bad way in TV to 
select a new template file. I opened up a bugtracker report for TV to 
make this easier to select a file from the TemplaVoila Control Center 
module.
