[TYPO3-dam] securing downloads

Hi Nico & Valery,

we are just releasing an extension called "Dam_Frontend" which is  
providing secure downloads via the frontend. If you want to have just  
write me an email. Before we upload it to the public ter we have to  
make some finishing task (security tests and documentation).
