[TYPO3-dam] Service Info / Indexing -> commandline tools not found, even if they are there

Hello Everyone

We are using DAM 1.1 Beta5 and I'v got the following problem:

The Content/Text of PDF, Word and so on is not indexed. In the "Service 
Info" exiftags, pdfinfo, pdftotext, catdoc, xls2csv and perl is marked 
as unavailable.

Those programms are all in the /usr/local/bin directory and I use most 
of them already for indexed search (which works pretty well).

At the bottom of the page "Configured search paths for external 
programs:" all the paths are set as 'not valid'.

I can use thos programms from the indexed search, or the mw_shell 
extension, so the problem has to be somewhere in the indexing extension.

I couldn't found it yet, the exec commands in the cc_ extensions arn't 
even called...
