Maybe this option can be enabled by default.

This will not go into the 1.0 version.

The current beta is the last one. A release candidate will follow. So far I've 
got no bug reports for the 1.1beta05. While 1.0 has known bugs, I thinks it's 
safe to use the 1.1 version.
