[TYPO3-dam] sorting in DAM reference fields not working

Hi,

can anybody confirm that the sorting of files in a DAM reference field isn't working in 4.1 RC2 with Beta4 of DAM 1.1? 
mm_foreign is not installed!
I'm not sure if it isn't simply a configuration error or a general bug. It keeps the sorting of the initial order applied before saving the record the first time. After saving the sorting is 'fixed' in the db. Must be related to the MM handling and maybe missing sorting functionality in core? Haven't had a look on the new mm-functions in the typo3 4.1RC2 core.
