[TYPO3-dam] problem with dam or/and mass upload...

Hiho.

Description: 
DAM with Mass Upload. Files are indexed with folder as category. There is downloads-folder with subfolders named like our customers. The files in these subfolders are often updated. 

Now the Problem:
First, the BE-Users are not allowed to edit the DAM-entries (only if they are admins, but this makes no sense). Ok, now a BE-User with admin rights adds a new file with the mass upload extension. Sometimes it is integrated to 100% (Folder as category as well) but mostly the files are integrated well but without "folder as category". This works only with new files. If there is an old file updated, the mass upload extension says "integration successfully" but if someone opens the file (using the DAM), it is the old one. If you search for it, there is no duplicate. Only one file, the old one. Old Meta-data, old file... But when you delete the old file, the DAM finds the new file, correctly indexed.

It seems to be a bug or did I something wrong?

For all who understand german, because my english is not the best, and I want the community to understand my problem:
Wird eine Datei über das mass upload extension hochgeladen und die Datei ist noch nicht auf dem Server, wird sie korrekt indexiert. Manchmal übernimmt das System auch den Ordnernamen als Kategorie, aber eben nur manchmal.
Wird eine Datei hochgeladen, die bereits auf dem Server exisitiert, also ein update, dann meldet das extension eine erfolgreiche integration. Öffnet man nun im DAM den Datensatz zu der Datei, ist es der alte, öffnet man die Datei, ist es die Alte, sucht man nach dem Namen, findet das System nur eine Datei, die Alte (obwohl das massupload extension so konfiguriert ist, das es existierende Dateien überschreiben soll. Löscht man nun diese (alte) Datei, findet man die zuvor hochgeladene neue Datei (sie wurde nicht erneut hochgeladen) mit den aktualisierten Meta-Daten. Ein komischer Sachverhalt. Ich hoffe aber verständlich erklärt.
