[TYPO3-dam] mm_dam_filelist: max image size in listview

Hi,

there seems to be a hard limit for image size in listview. I can set a 
maxheight of 200 in the flexform for example. But the output is limited 
to 100px. Same width maxwidth. Here the limit is 150px.
Anybody any idea, where this limit is coded? I didnt found it in static 
setup or constants. Also not in class.tx_mmdamfilelist_pi1.php

Any hints welcome.
