[TYPO3-dam] DAM categories

Hey,

I encountered one problem with the new DAM though. The category tree does not
seem to function. debug shows "ERROR|Unknown table 'tx_dam_cat' in where
clause". No files are shown in the category folders. Can someone confirm that?
It also does not seem to be possible to create categories from folder names by
the way. Maybe these problems are connected.
