[TYPO3-dam] disable regular (non-dam referenced) image option

Hi Dave,

you can do this in the user settings (modul User->Setup) for each user.
Via User TSConfig you can override this setting so the upload will always  
be hidden:

setup.default.edit_docModuleUpload = 0 or
setup.override.edit_docModuleUpload = 0
