[TYPO3-dam] how does DAM work with TemplaVoila?

Hi

TV installs a context menu for files, but context menus are not available in 
current stable version of DAM.

The DAM beta version has context menus and so the TV menu is available when TV 
is installed AFTER dam. This can be done by sorting the extension comma list 
in typo3conf/localconf.php:
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['EXT']['extList'] = ' ... ,dam,templavoila, ... ';

A slightly modified version of 'DAM-Templavoila connector' is available here:
http://typo3lab.colorcube.de/dam.html

This makes it possible to show the TV context menu in in second level of 
Media>List module context menus.
