Hi Frank,

Download it from: http://typo3lab.colorcube.de/DAM.dam.0.html. Unzip it in the
root. You will have to move a dir maybe to get it correctly into typo3conf/ext.
After that 'update database' and maybe you will have to activate some extensions
in the Extension Manager.

And GO!
