[TYPO3-dam] Hide fields for Usergroup

Hello  list,

When the user is in Module "File" and edits a file, there are many  
(for this particular project) unused fields (e.g. file_orig_location)  
- how can i hide them?

I already tried it with:

TCEFORM.tx_dam.file_orig_location but it didn't work.


I then looked into the TCA and now i am not sure about the TCEFORM  
syntax.

Can anybody help?
