[TYPO3-dam] Improvements/Bugfix for extension dam_ttnews (migration support from "non dam" to "dam")

Hi Jonas,

ok, we developed a nearly identical extension a few weeks before 
dam_ttnews' first release ;-)

did u test the db update functions to switch old images to references? 
that's an interesting feature.
would be nice to know if it's  working stable or still beta.
