[TYPO3-dam] Improvements/Bugfix for extension dam_ttnews (migration support from "non dam" to "dam")

Hello Everyone,

I have improved the Extension dam_ttnews.

For now, it was not possible to show the images from the old image field 
or the files from the news_files field, if the Extension dam_ttnews was 
installed.

 From now you can choose, that old images and files will be shown if now 
dam image or dam file is attatched.

This is very useful for big projects, where are already a lot of old 
news items and you don't want to change theese all after installation of 
DAM.

Futhermore, I have solved the bug, that the dam image field and the dam 
media field will be shown twice in the backend input form, if the option 
media_add_orig_field in the Extension Manager is set.

So, I attached the T3X file. It would be great if you could integrate 
this changes into the official version.
