[TYPO3-dam] Creating a new user with all categories is very difficult.

Andreas,
- create a root-category
- assign that root-category to the user
- add those new categories as sub-categories to the root-category.
should do what you want, as they are hierarchical, the user will have 
rights on those subcats.
