[TYPO3-dam] Dam Downloadlist showed only at login

This is a problem I have addressed, but didn't solved. Unfortunately I 
can't help you, since I started a new extension: sici_damdl.

I provided a BE module to migrate from dam_downloadlist, but you are 
warned: currently I know sici_damdl works only on typo3 3.8.1 and DAM 
0.3.0. I hope I'll upgrade soon.
