[TYPO3-dam] DAM and ctype: image

Hi

I enhanced the dam_ttcontent extension to enable caption rendering with 
cc_styled_content. Therefore I renamed it to 'DAM for Content Elements', so 
other CE stuff might go into it too.

Have a look in the manual how to install and how it works.

Please give feedback if that is what is expected from a DAM enabled image 
content element.
