I guess you mean from TypoScript. This is not easily possible. A new Content 
Element is needed to do that.

A hack could provide the DAM data as fields available in TS. But that is not 
so easy because the default code use the same data for all files. 

I'll have a look if I include a patched version of IMGTXT in dam_ttcontent.
