[TYPO3-dam] DAM acting strange after big file upload

Hi,

Our DAM is acting a bit funny i keep getting CGI errors.

It started after we uploaded 3 big files of 250MB. We use the DAM as a 
download repository for our clients.
Other folders have big files too, but no problem there.

Does anyone know if the DAM has a filesize limit of 250 MB or 
something? and if it is possible to change this?
