I tell my customers about the csh, but most of them don't use them at all and call me instead. It's a nice feature for additional help (if understandable for editors and localized) - but not a overall solution for the not so good useability.

I think most of the csh would be unnecessary if the GUI of typo3 would be more userfriendly for editors and less userfriendly for coders. I don't think that this can be achieved with only changing icons and colors through skinnig. The backend has to be templateable for that. But that's a different story and has allready be discussed somewhere.

So much for csh from my side.
