This is another job somebody can volunteer for.

The backend file module has context help with a short description what can be 
done. Once this was used in DAM modules too, but the current DAM modules look 
so different that it doesn't make sense and a context help needs to be 
written from scratch.

I don't know if context help for modules is really needed (I never used it). 
What do you think?
