[TYPO3-dam] dam_ttcontent: overridden XCLASS

After instaling dam_ttcontent following error ocures when creating 
content elements of type "image":

Warning: DAM References are disabled by other extension! (overridden 
XCLASS):

typo3 4.0, loaded extensions are:
- version
- dam
- dam_ttcontent
- css_styled_content
- static_info_tables
- t3skin

How to determine what is causing problems?
