[TYPO3-dam] new snapshot on Windows - File module problems

Hello
Many thank for powerfull extension

I am not sure: may be better to post in bugs.typo3.org?

I just install snapshop 28.02.06 on Windows 2000 server with IIS 5:
1) Folder creation do not works in  File  module (blank screen, no errors in
log file)
2) file editing and rename not works in File  module
message:
The command given to this module is unknown.
Command:
tx_dam_cmd_filerename
