[TYPO3-dam] No file uploads and no file edit

Hi,

I've the same problem.
PHP5.0.5
Apache2
Typo3 4.0beta1b

dam 060102

Creation of directory works, but if I want to upload a file, nothing 
happens.

In the log I found the following message: Destination path "" was not 
within your mountpoints!

It's a complete fresh installation and I'm the only (admin) user.
