Changes:
- start of multilanguage support
- more bugfixes, clean ups and enhances to the upload module
- bugfixes, clean ups and enhances to the filemodule
- small general bugfixes
- added context help to the tx_dam table (needs to be improved)
- changed page browser in list module
- updated demo extension with more examples and a little more documentation
- phpdoc API documentation for download (preliminary)


Multilanguage support

This is just a start and it looks like there are only two selectboxes for 
languages and that's all. In principle that's true but it needed some 
enhancements to the core.

Anyway. Please have a look into the manuals

The API doesn't contain language support yet. Will come soon.

The Media>List module just allow to switch between languages. That is not 
enough and will be enhanced with an option to show untranslated records.



This version is nearly a feature freeze - no not really but except following 
features I will not add more:

- finish auto/silent indexing when new file occurs in File module
- integrate category management (remove Categories module)

General todo:

- finish API
- provide example extensions

That means the current stuff will be finished and polished to be ready for a 
1.0 when TYPO3 4.0 will be released.
