[TYPO3-dam] tx_dam table not written

Aloha Typeheads,
	When I install the dam all of the tables are written to the db aside 
from tx_dam. Platform: PHP 5.1.6, MySQL 4.1.11, TYPO3 4.0.2, latest dam 
version (1.0.7) from TER2. I have yet to actually check out the code to 
see if I could spot the issue myself, which may be lazy but I thought it 
may be an issue known as the DL's from the TER is only at 9 for that 
version. Am I missing something out of the gate here? Thanks.
