What you need is also known as "secure download". DAM itself does not provide 
such a solution yet and also with TYPO3 itself you need an additional plugin 
for such a functionality.

An integrated secure download framework for DAM is in the works and could be 
published in late january when sponsoring is available.

A detailed project description will follow next week.
