[TYPO3-dam] Wrong path to img - easy fix :-)

Hi!

I do not know where the bug-tracking for EXT:dam_catedit is, so I report 
this here:

In the category-view, the path to the 'reload'-icon is wrong. The fix is 
easy. Correct in file dam_catedit/mod1/tx_dam_catedit_navframe.php on 
line 215 to:
 
'<img'.t3lib_iconWorks::skinImg($BACK_PATH,'gfx/refresh_n.gif','width="14" 
height="14"').'
