[TYPO3-dam] DAM-based file downlaod area

Currently sici_damdl does not do what you are asking for, but that 
extension is based on a general approach I'm trying to follow and 
develop further.

What you need there is a function to generate the correct URL to the 
download script and use it as "dataSource" in a new "layout".

The extension provides html generation using customizable TypoScript.

A new release of sici_damdl is coming soon: the underlying class 
sici_core has changed a lot!
