[TYPO3-dam] DAM and RTE

Unfortunately not. It was expected to have a new API in TYPO3 V4 which enables 
*all* RTEs to use the same element browser code. This did not happen. 
Therefore the DAM EB can not show up in a RTE like HTMLarea which uses his 
own EB code.
