[TYPO3-content-rendering] default styles for frames

Hi there,

wouldn't it be a good idea to include some default CSS for the "frames"
that the editor may select for each content element (Invisible, Ruler
before, Ruler after, Indent, ...)?

Right now they don't have any effect in the frontend if you don't
include your own css.

I mean, since they are there they should have an effect, shouldn't they?

I guess there must have been a discussion about this before, but I
couldn't find anything.
