[TYPO3-content-rendering] Divide css_styled_content in multiple templates to rid ourselves of the compat versions

Hi,

I think this is a difficult and "boring" issue for most people. I would
love to have more time to look and participate more, but unfortunately I
haven't got the time right now. So more from me in some near future.
