Not much, but I really would wish that such ideas came up *before* an RC is 
out. An RC (release candidate) is meant to be ready for shipping and has 
essentially a feature freeze.

So yes to the idea, but no as we'll never ship 4.0 if everybody keeps 
adding last-thought ideas.
